    .00 each for a fine hand made oak commercial spool? Unheard of!   This auction is for 14 fine and hand smoothed, high quality vintage hardwood, handmade silk floss and or sewing thread spools. Perfect for the novice or professional fly tying bench, as I used them..i used them primarily for commercial tying materials including metal tinsels that I had delivered in large quantities, I had them installed inside a hand made wood chest with holes (sold last season) in front that allowed me to pull and cut each tinsel, thread or floss without opening the chest up making it easy to access....it was a table top mounted item so it was within easy reach...you can fabricate a similar cabinet if you like around these fine bobbins........I obtained these from a Commercial salmon fly tyer in Westfield MA at the closing of his fly shop.....post is 9.oo to anywhere in USA lower 48 states....
