This is a 2 map set of the towns of Rowley and Ipswich, MA from 1884. Recently reproduced on fine natural color parchment, it's  11"x 17" and suitable to fit a standard size frame.

Contained on the maps are finely detailed locations of the homeowners of the towns of Rowley and Ipswich. This map set covers a rather extensive area and some of the names are quite small. It includes the villages of Glen Mills, Rooty Plain, Doles Corners and Kent Corner (was Chaplainville). It's hard to make out the specifics from my poor scanned picture, however it is indeed much  clearer on the actual maps!
Some of the surnames which are clearly printed are Millett, Pool, Chaplain, Saunders, Tenny, Savage, Adams, Hale  and so many more that it's impossible to list! The names shown are indeed very small yet can be read. Also indicated on the map are schools, named streets, The Eastern Railroad and rivers/streams.
It would indeed make quite a conversation piece as well as an excellent gift for that person who has everything! What a great genealogical treasure to be able to locate the homes of one or more of your ancestors!
